Are furnished apartments available?

Does the community offer electric vehicle charging stations?
No, The Heyward does not currently offer dedicated EV charging stations.
What resident parking options are available at Heyward?
| Parking is complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each resident receives a parking decal, which must be displayed on the vehicle’s front windshield to avoid towing. Parking spaces are not reserved. |
Is guest parking available? How does guest parking work at your community?
Guest parking is available in the brick spaces at the back of the property. After 8 p.m., guests must park in these spaces to avoid towing. No decal or permit is required. Parking is limited to seven days. Vehicles not moved within that time will receive a 24-hour tow notice and may be towed if they remain in place.

How does trash and recycling collection work?
Valet trash is collected Sunday through Thursday between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. Place your trash in the provided bin outside your door after 6 p.m., and bring the bin back inside by 9 a.m. Recycling must be placed in blue bags, available at Publix. The service also accepts two to three small boxes if they are broken down.
Do the apartments include a washer and dryer?
Every apartment at The Heyward includes an in-home washer and dryer. Most floor plans feature full-size GE units, while studios have stackable models.
